Journey to the roots

Are you ready to explore what hinders you from taking life fully, from letting go of old stories, from reconciling with the past and saying “Yes” to who you are?

If your answer to all these questions is positive, this journey is definitely for you.

It will allow you to:

• Reconnect with the three generations before you through the genogram

• Explore your maternal and your paternal lines with special gentle exercises and meditations

• See your place in the world from a different perspective

• Reconcile with the past and clear the path to a self-determined future

The whole journey consists of different parts. 

Part 1: I support you in drawing your genogram through an exchange of emails.

Part 2: 2 online sessions (2 hours each) where we explore each side of your family system connecting with your genogram – mother line and father line. (The dates can be agreed individually, you can join from anywhere in the world and you can start whenever you want and feel ready for it)

The fee for this part is 320 EUR (payment by installments is possible).

If you feel you would like one more session to integrate your experience, or work on a special topic, you can add an additional 2h session for the fee of 110 EUR (this will become clear during the process of the first part).
