One powerful way to explore these connections is through genogram work — a living map of our family history that reveals not only who belongs to the family, but also the emotional and relational patterns within it.
Healing does not start by looking only at ourselves.

Day 1 – Honoring the past
Introduction, getting to know each other, connecting with our roots, and beginning to create the genogram reaching back three generations.

Day 2 – Deepening the Genogram & First Constellations
Exploring family patterns and integrating insights through constellation work.
In a safe and supportive setting, you will witness new perspectives and possibilities of transformation and healing.

Day 3 – Constellations and Integration
Continuing constellation work and closing the weekend with reflections and integration.
