Dear ,
I would like to start this first newsletter of the year with a sentence that one of my trainees wrote to me a couple of days ago and allowed me to share it with you.
“I am ending this year with a lot of curiosity and eagerness about the next one and I want to thank you deeply for this amazing journey that you gave me the opportunity to be part of!”
When we explore it deeper, this sentence contains two deep truths that give beautiful food for thought.
The first one is about curiosity and eagerness. I love this inner attitude of openness, without expectations, ready to explore and to discover, to learn and to unlearn, to understand and to make space for a beautiful encounter with life and what it has in store for us.
This process of opening towards life often comes as the fruit of what I share with the people that confide in me: let go of your expectations, the “I have to”, the pressure to perform, the belief that you already know – and make space for the unknown, the surprises, new perceptions and realizations. This is how we connect with life in a way that it has a chance to give us what is meant to be ours.
The second one is about the journey. Yes, it is true that what I offer are opportunities, but every opportunity only can transform into a deep journey if someone grasps it. The step from an opportunity to a reality depends on a conscious choice, the choice to be open and curious and to let go of what is no longer needed. And here the wheel turns full circle.
My trainee made this choice and that is why her deep gratitude should first and foremost go to herself. I am only the “tool” – YOU are the creators of your own life.
I want to thank everyone of you who trusted me in the past year and allowed me to be part of their life journey.
For the month of January and for the entire new year of 2026 I wish you from my heart that you allow yourself to be curious and open and to choose those opportunities that allow you to connect with life as a friend, not as a duty.
In the spirit of love and reconciliation
