Last Wednesday my group “Through the year with Ursula” had their last session. Together we had gone on a journey of 12 months exploring topics that contributed to growth and healing.

Every month we worked with a different card from my card deck. The picture you can see above and the message you can read below this article was the card we were exploring during this last month.

Every one of us wants to have a lucky future, right? So, what is it that often makes it so difficult and sometimes seemingly impossible? What hinders us from moving forward? What hinders us from taking the next steps in our life? What hinders us from making decisions? What hinders us from having a voice and speaking our truth?

Viktor E. Frankl said: “Happiness cannot be aimed at directly. It is a paradox. The more we aim at it, the more we drive it away. Happiness is a by-product of a meaningful life.” Now the question is – how do we create a meaningful life?

In my experience the first step is to say “Yes” to who we are. This “Yes” brings us in contact with our strength, our passion, our gifts, our skills and it allows us to show our presence in the world and to shine our light.

So take a short break, close your eyes and see if you can speak this “Yes” to yourself, to who you are and feel it deep within.

How did that feel?  Was it easy and did it bring a smile on your face? Or was it difficult and did you feel resistance? Whatever came up, just allow it to be there.

Now close your eyes again and imagine your parents behind you. And behind them your grandparents, the great-grandparents and so on. This is where you come from. Can you say a wholehearted “Yes” to both your family lines?

How did that feel? Maybe you realized that both exercises are connected. If the first “Yes” was easy to speak, also the second one might have come naturally. And if the first “Yes” was difficult to speak or even to think, also the second exercise might have felt uncomfortable.

There is a beautiful book by Mark Wolynn: “It didn’t start with you”. When we realize that it did not start with us, that our blockages, repetitive patterns, and the inability to say “Yes” to who we are is part of something much bigger - our perspective changes. And with this change we understand that, yes, it did not start with me, but all this can end with me, by simply acknowledging what was and is.

This sounds quite simple right? Too simple? Well, aren’t the really powerful things in life the “simple” ones?

News for the coming months

July 2022

On July 29^th, 30^th and 31^st there will be a long weekend of constellations in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

There are still spaces for representatives left.

So anyone who knows people interested in that area, please share the information and the link below for registration.

Also I am happy to answer any questions that there might be around this event.

I have never been to Romania, so I am very much looking forward to the country and the nice people who are welcoming me. And I am very grateful for being allowed to go on this new journey.

August 2022

As last year I will take the month of August “off” and dedicate it to new projects and visions and last but not least also to my own well-being.

Please note that in August I will offer 1to1 sessions only in emergency situations or as part of the “healing journey”.

 September 2022

September has some more special things to look forward to.

1)  A lovely group of my students will come to Bulgaria for an intense advanced training retreat. They will deepen their knowledge and their intuition and return with new motivation to share the “orders of love” in their professional environments.

2) I am planning to offer some special workshops in Sofia. Information will be shared in one of the next newsletters.

October 2022

October is “Malta time” again. Flights are already booked and I can’t wait to meet my Maltese tribe one more time this year.

The workshop days will be Friday (evening) 7^th, Saturday 8^th and Sunday 9^th October.

Spaces for own constellations are already filling up, so if you are interested in having your own constellation, you can pre-register through the link below to safe your space.
