Dear ,

My heart is still full of gratitude for being allowed to facilitate a long weekend with my Cluj-Napoca constellation family. 

Reconnecting with our roots, becoming aware of the gift of life and the fact that it is our choice what we make with it, no matter what happened in the past, heals, transforms and allows us to step by step get closer to live our life, to follow life’s call, to what we are meant to do and be. And this might be something “big” or something “small” – in our eyes. But for life there is no “big” or “small”. For life the only thing that counts is: “Embrace me, honor me, and make something good with me.”

And yes, there might be obstacles, doubts and fears. But in constellations we witness how many of these obstacles are connected to our own rejection of the past, judgements towards our parents and upbringing, or unconscious entanglements and loyalties. 

Last weekend we witnessed several times how body, mind, soul, and the heart are connected and how powerful they work together when we let go of what has created the obstacles, uncertainties, and worries. 

Of course, living your life does not mean that there will be no more issues, no more ups and downs. It means that we embrace life despite all this and that with every step we take, our path becomes softer, gentler, and clearer. And we act less from our mind and more from our heart trusting its guidance. 

If you already live your life - wonderful. Enjoy it and celebrate it with the world. 

If you still struggle to find your way, you might just start by exploring where you come from, your family system, the bigger picture. It is all about seeing, understanding, letting go and opening our heart. 

I wish you a blessed month of October in the spirit of love and reconciliation
