“Every time we say "yes" to what wants to be born through us, we leave something behind—and step into a life that did not exist before. Doors close. That's certain. What we choose to do in the space after — that's where the story is actually written. May the month of July allow you to say "Yes" to what is emerging in the unknown.”

This is how my last newsletter ended. Little did I know that it was so spot on for my own life.

Some doors closed. Not with a bang, but quietly, almost unnoticed, until I could no longer ignore the space they were creating.

Although I love what I do, and I deeply value all the precious feedback you have shared with me over the years, I realized that continuing as before no longer reflected who I was becoming.

For years, I have supported people in rewriting their stories. Now life is inviting me to write a new chapter in my own book. And this process asks for space and time.

I cannot ignore for myself what I teach others – to trust our intuition and the process of life. 

Something is calling me to keep walking. To integrate everything I have learned over the past 26 years—from my own life, from my clients, and from the many people I have had the privilege to work with.

I don't yet know exactly what this will become. But my vision is to shape it into something that helps us remain deeply human in a world that is changing faster than ever—and to live lives that are fulfilled and meaningful.

That is why I have decided to slow down my work in 2026, pause it completely in 2027, and come back in 2028 to share with you what will have emerged by then.

Do I have doubts? Of course. 

Do I have fears? Absolutely. 

Do they stop me from following my call? Not at all. 

I will not disappear. 

I will continue sending my newsletters, sharing my journey and reflections. I will stay present on Instagram and, hopefully, publish my second book. And it is entirely up to you whether you would like to stay connected and follow this new chapter of mine. 

Please have a look at my offers for October and November below. They will be my final workshops before I take this pause. 

I will also offer the foundation course in systemic constellations one last time. If you feel called to join, you’ll find the updated dates and structure below.

I am blessed with all of you being part of my journey so far. I feel deeply grateful and I hope you'll continue walking with me as this next chapter unfolds.

"The Essentials of Systemic Transgenerational Work"

I will not say more but just share some experience of this year’s participants with their consense:
